I love Sally Hansen Miracle Gel nail polish. This color is really vibrant and cute, but for me, I either have to put a base coat of a blue or other color on underneath or do a lot of layers (which then creates other issues) for the color to be worthwhile as it's pretty transparent with just one coat. I usually just do a light blue layer on the bottom (one coat) and then two coats of this and it looks like the bottle. Using the Step 2 top coat is important, but you can also use other top coats if you don't have it. I keep buying this brand, so it must be good!

I’m not super good at painting my nails, but this stays well on the nail while cleaning easily off the cuticle. I use it because my nails break so easily if they’re not done and I have neither the time nor patience to get them done in the salon all the time. Plus, this is way less expensive! I also love the iridescent colors they offer.

I've been doing DIY manis for 3 months after 2 decades of salon-only dip sets, and these polishes are my absolute favorite. I really like Sally Hansen's Miracle Gel line. The colors are so vibrant and I really like the texture of the polish when it hardens. This particular color, Affairy to Remember, is probably my favorite polish color hands down. It's very transparent; in the bottle it looks like it will be kind of pinkish purple, but it goes on pretty much clear. I just LOVE the visual effect it gives. From some angles it looks like clear coat, but from other angles it has a super cool rainbow holograph effect. It's subtle enough for office wear, but still super fun! It also works great as a second/third coat over a solid color. I will say that it takes QUITE a while to dry completely; even if the polish is dry to the touch you can still easily destroy your manicure for 2+ hours afterwards by denting/smearing it. That's with waiting at least 20 minutes between coats and applying the recommended topcoat. So you better not need to do anything manual-labor related with your hands for a long while after finishing (I still regret the day where my dog HAD to go out about 1 hour after I'd finished the manicure and her leash just completely destroyed all the nails on one hand). Once dry, though, it wears incredibly well. I'm not precious about my hands, but I very rarely get chips (much more likely to end up with chipping from accidentally flooding the cuticle and then picking at the ridge) and don't see much tip wear until around 5-6 days of wear. I could probably wear it longer, but I like to change things up about once a week or so, so it usually doesn't stay on long enough for me to see significant wear.

The coverage is good and it does last long. It’s not that easy to remove. But it’s easy to put on. It looks great! It goes with everything. It stayed on my toes for more than two weeks!

This mostly appeared silver. Extremely pale blue. Nice polish though.

As the title states, its a beautiful color shiny or matte, but it scratches easily and chips within a few days with very very light typing/use and this was with the same brand top coat. Its decent enough if you want to replace your polish every few days - I do not have that kind of time nor inclination. Also, the brush is a bit to thick making it harder to be neat. I'll pass on this in the future. Pros: Beautiful color Great shiny or matte Applies easy but...see cons* Cons: Chips and scratches easily will have to redo nails regularly every few days *Thick application brush makes it harder to keep it off cuticles and sides. Conclusion: I won't be purchasing this brand again even though I really liked the colr, especially with the matte topcoat coverage.

Discovered this product line for my wife and she has since ditched all her other nail polishes and uses this line exclusively. As I purchase everything, I've bought enough of these to know a few things about them. It's a two-part system, colour and top coat. Duplicates the effect of a professional application when done well, and the finish is extra durable (like 2 weeks durable, almost epoxy-like!). It does NOT work with other top coats (the Miracle Gel one is probably some form of hardener for the colour layer!) but the top coat is available is several formats, including glossy and matte (less durable!). The colours (which I track in an app, otherwise I'd buy repeats, but then I paint miniatures and already track paint colours the same way!) are fantastic, and the names are bloody clever (mostly terrible puns, but being a dad, that's right up there for me!) Can't recommend this line enough. My wife raves about it, years later. Gets compliments left, right and center but she's also one of the best I've ever seen in terms of just basic application. Not cheap, but worthwhile and the product does not become too thick over time. Removes easily with the Mineral Fusion remover (another product my wife swears is the best ever!)

This colour is so pretty...worn it once so far and got compliments...it lasted close to 2 weeks on my nails. Pretty periwinkle colour with pink shimmer.

This is a great nail polish in the colour I was looking for. The main thing about this brand is that I have so expensive nail polish and this is truly better then them! The colour come through well and doesn't chip easily. Better than the classic "best" nail polish brands.

Love this colour. It seems to hold up well also. Even in the summer when I garden without gloves on.
