Easy to use and clean because of glass bowl. Very well designed and not so complicated.

The grinder didn't turn on until I made some mechanical tweaks to it. After some manipulations works good, though it is not what the one would expect for the price. The only quality thing is a glass bowl - nice indeed.

The glass bowl makes the product more hygenic and is the biggest benefit - other brands provide plastic bowls. The motor is strong, and does the job well. German quality is obvious.

It stopped working after 1 week of use and as it was opened, it was impossible to return it

The highligh of this product is the glass bowl instead of the usual plastic ones which either get cloudy or pick up the food stains. The two speed setting allows for fine, neat, even dices without turning it to a paste. A perfect addition to the kitchen as it is compact, efficient and easy to clean.

Used twice weekly for less than 3 months, and it broke down. Usually choppers last years and I bought it on the assumption it was a quality item that would last.

Very good product, I use it every day for chopping fruits and vegetables. The only thing I would like is for the bowl to be bigger, sometimes it is not enough. As for others - highly recommended!

I've been using it for quite a while, and the quality is still just as good.
