they are pretty comfy granted the heel height
I wear a 7 in a similar style pump and also in my Chuck Taylor's so I ordered a 7 in this pump (cobalt blue) and its fits perfectly. The heel is definitely high but very well made with a little cushioning through the whole insole. I added an extra Dr. Scholls cushion as I do with all my pumps. I sing In a rock band and as this is definitely a bit higher of heel than I normally wear during gigs, they are pretty comfy granted the heel height. All pumps cause some discomfort to an extent, but this pump is definitely well made and I will be ordering a black pair next in the near future. Oh and not to mention these pumps are beautiful, especially the blue color!

Skinny heels, cute but unstable.
These shoes are gorgeous! BUT... you have to be a serious high-heel pro to strut in them with any kind of grace whatsoever.I wore them on Christmas and have not worn them since. I was very tall, which I liked! But very unstable when walking, which was laughable. The heel is very narrow and skinny, which makes it adorable but hard to manage.Full disclosure: I am a yoga teacher and wear high-heels maybe thrice per month, that being said if you wear them all of the time and are cool walking on skinny VERY high high-heels with ease, then these are the deal for you. The price is unbeatable. And the color is great.

Cute shoe, but very high heeled
They are extremely high. I wear heels a lot to work and church. I thought with the platform that these would be okay, but they are too high. Difficult to walk in.

Not very comfortable.
These shoes look good, but I couldn't wear them but for a couple of hours. My toes just slide forward into the toe of the shoe.

True to size
Great fit. Color does not look gray.. More like a dark dark taupe or brownish gray. Hard to describe

Heel broke after being worn 6 times
After wearing these 6 times the left heel came loose from the shoe. Shop could not replaces as it was beyond the 30 day return window. I was surprised as I own many Steve Madden heels and the heel has never broken on any other pair I've had.
