I recently bought the Air Freshener Kit and I’m very happy with my purchase. The fragrance is refreshing, natural, and instantly uplifts the mood of the room. it’s perfectly balanced and creates a clean, fresh environment. The plug-in machine is easy to use, and the refill lasts a long time. Overall, it’s a great product for anyone looking to keep their home smelling pleasant and fresh. I would definitely recommend this.

I was looking for a plug-in room freshener like the yesteryear Odonil and Air wick products. Came across this product with various fragrance refill options. Immediately ordered couple of these: 1 machine + lavender refill; 1 machine + lemongrass refill. For the first couple of days, both worked amazingly. However, on the 3rd day, the lavendar refill stopped emitting fragrance. Checked n found that the refill was full. Opened the refill bottle and found that the wick had completely dried up. Switched the lavender refill with the lemongrass one; the product worked fine for another couple of days, then again, no fragrance. What bad luck, I told myself; still, one product was working well; so ordered another machine + 1 ocean dream refill. That product worked well for 3-4 days, then stopped working. Approx 3 weeks from the first purchase, the lemongrass refill + machine has also stopped working. So I am now left with 3 machines + 3 refills- none of them working. Poor machine quality, poor refill wicks, high product prices (INR 550/- each) with little durability. The 1- star is for the lemongrass product that worked for 15 days. Also posting some pics depicting the product condition. VERDICT: PLEASE AVOID AT ALL COST. Also, as a goodwill gesture, please provide a refund of the entire amount (INR 1650/-), coz I m not sure if u will be able to provide replacement products that last!

Product is nice but received the wrong scent

The design is delicate, and it’s easy to use. However, the fragrance is quite limited — it only spreads to a small area and doesn't cover an entire room. If you're looking for a subtle scent in a confined space, this might work, but don't expect a strong or wide-reaching fragrance.
