Excellent Service & Trustworthy Company. To be honest I was first afraid that I got scammed as I payed so much and it is not direct from Newa. I ordered the Newa Plus and received it the next day, but the device had an issue—an orange light stayed on and it felt warm even when not in use. I was worried it was a scam since I didn’t buy directly from Newa. But I called the Encore retailer right away, and they were amazing. They took my complaint seriously and replaced the device within hours. I was surprised the plug was American, but they even included a converter and offered to swap the device for a corded version if I preferred. Thanks to their great service and warranty, I felt confident keeping the same model. It works perfectly now, and they even gave me extra gel. Really impressed and grateful alhamdulilah! I am ok to use the same rechargable device and dont get a refund as it was very easy to contact them and they really take there responsability. Thank you!

This worked great until it suddenly stopped heating one day. I had it a few weeks. It would turn on and even give me a green light like it was working, but it never heated up. 0 stars

I’m 61 and starting g to see lines get more prominent. So far this tool is working pretty well. I use it the day of or day before I go somewhere. It lightly plumps my skin. Not sure if collegan is building or not however. Lastly I am having g troubles getting it to heat to the green blinking light. Reached out to customer support in hopes they can assist.

I bought this back in January 2024 and started using it a few weeks later. I didn't see much results after using it a few times and took a break for months. Today, I tried to turn it on; while it can be turned on, there is no heat like it was before, basically I bought a light bulb that will light up🤷🏻‍♀️. update: The company contacted me and provided a replacement right away. Thank you NEWA for standing by your protect.

It seemed to work fine for about a week but now it barely heats up and doesn’t seem to be working properly. Feels very cheap and flimsy, would not recommend this product.
