Love this lotion! Smells great and really makes my dark skin glow.

This is the replacement sent to me after the original one I got had the quality control sticker ripped, dents all over the container, and product looked like it had contents removed from the container. Now I have a replacement with product leaking out of the container all over the packaging and again denting of the container but the sticker is intact ... so yay for the small things.I really like the brand and the products and have been wanting to try it for my eczema but this is kinda a let down. Maybe try to have the lid completely closed or even having the contents sealed before having the cap of the tin container put on when shipping not just from one little sticker on the side to hold everything in place.I have been wanting to try this brand for about two years for my eczema and have finally convinced myself to get it. The cream it's self smells amazing and I guess I'll keep doing this return back and forth crap until there is a product that doesn't arrived damaged. I really want to use the product and potentially have it in my skin care routine

The product arrived damaged despite being well packaged (maybe I was purposely given a damaged product?). The quality seems to be the same as the one I’ve purchased directly through the site. In the future, I’ll order directly through the Ava Estell site…

Everything about this is comaflage the label is not the same as I bought from UK, different color label, container and the smell and consistency is not the same I have to ask ava if it's him! way different as I compare with what i have from the UK ava stella.
