I absolutely love this humidifier! My family has sensitive skin and the dry winter months can cause cracked skin, sinus issues, and unhappy houseplants, but this has been a total game-changer. I was tired of constantly refilling smaller humidifiers every day, so I decided to go big with this 16L Lacidoll model, and it was 100% worth it. We all felt the difference with our first day of use. It easily keeps the humidity and warmth in my home around 50–65%, and it runs quietly in the background without being distracting. I especially appreciate the extension tube, which helps spread the mist evenly throughout the room, and the aroma box, which adds a subtle, clean scent when I want it. The night light is a nice touch, with the soft light bright enough to be relaxing without being bright or annoying. The tank capacity is amazing, I can run it for 2–3 days straight before needing to refill, even when running it almost constantly. It’s perfect for larger areas and I leave it in the living rooms where it is open layouts. So far, I have not have any leak issues, so fingers cross it stays that way. If you’re tired of babysitting small humidifiers or want something that can handle your whole house, this is the one to get. Reliable, quiet, powerful, and well-designed and IMO, priced very affordable and I couldn’t be happier!

I have been using Lacidoll humidifiers for the few years and have recommended them to family and friends, because I love them all. Take it out of the box, take a couple pieces of plastic wrap off the cable ends, fill the unit and turn it on; it is that simple. And instantly you know you are going to be pleased. The unit is completely quiet, and you can change settings quickly and easily, controlling the humidity, speed, the timer and several other settings. Winter is on the way and with the heater comes dry air.. Not so with this Humidifier. Turn it on, set your settings and enjoy humidity all through the house. This is a perfect humidifier to mist all your houseplants, and they will thank you for it. I have a large studio in Brooklyn with lots of plants. During the winter it gets really dry here and the rest of the year I try and maintain 40% humidity for my plants. The Lacidoll has been amazing. It runs for a long time. It maintains a consistent humidity in the room and turns itself on and off and I never hear it. I can also turn off the display light so it doesn't keep us up at night. Very easy to clean. After 7 months, my unit stopped working. I emailed customer service and they got back to me in less than 24 hours. They're sending a replacement unit. They sent me videos and all the information I would need so I didn't have any further issues. You get what you pay for. This is one of the better purchases I've made.

I bought this item on the recommendation of a friend. I love that its easy to fill, has a large tank, has two options for steam release (large directional cone, or flat directional cover). I have had an issue since i purchased the item on March 8 - that is keeping the device from accurately identifying the humidity in our home. We live in Vegas, where its very hot and dry, so a humidifier is a life saver here. The device is completely quiet. It easily keeps our house around 35%-40% humidity. I'm currently working with the customer service team to address the issue with the product not correctly reflecting the in house humidity. It seems to be stuck sensing between 20%-22%. I was pleasantly suprised at how quickly they've responded to my CS inquiries and they've even offered to send a replacement head to see if that resolved the sensor issue. We did have to convert to an in house filtered water system for filling the device. The steam that was coming out was depositing white dust every where - but that was a by-product of the water and not the device. The good news is, i know the humidifier was covering a large area because of all the places i found dust. Even downstairs, behind a closed door, in our bathroom at the opposite end of the house. If we can get this situation resolved with the sensor so it self regulates better this is an easy 5 stars for me. I'll come back with updates once they get it worked out.

This is my favorite humidifier I've ever had- so far! Had it for a few week and it so much better than other humidifiers I've had. I LOVE the feature where you don't have to take the top off, you just pour water in the grate in top- it's fun and easy and less messy. The remote and settings are all easy, night mode is great. It definitely is not accurate on the interal humidifier sensor- but that's all of them. Just get a cheap external monitor to help calibrate. Great steam amount, super easy to clean. Super super quiet. I LOVE that they have designed this unit to have replaceable parts, a basic water pump in the tank etc. I hope this helps extend it's life. I wish the water level gauge/window went down further, as you can only see the water level when you've put about 4 gallons in.
