Great for sinus infections and colds.
If you have a sinus infection coming on or have one I recommend this... Purchase a new one after you get rid of your sinus infection. Do not want to reinfect yourself. Great stuff.

Very effective
Very effective product. Saved me from a long term sinus infection that just wouldn’t go away. It is easy to use. Use as directed 5 times a day and it will clear up a stiffy nose fast.

I am pleased with the use of this product
I've used silver products for several years, but wasn't aware that it came in a nasal spray, so I was glad to find this. I was disappointed in the way the spray system is designed because it is difficult to use (the finger holds spin rather than being stationary), but the product is good and I will purchase again in the future.
