No Support Available
Don’t recommend. Installation is very difficult and support is not available. Had heard great things about the product itself which is why I purchased it but ended up disappointed.

Everything is good but water flow from RO is very low, taking too much time to fill the bucket.

When I bought the Pureit RO, it felt like a smart decision. A trusted brand, neat design, and a tempting price tag. I’ve been using this purifier for one full year, so this review is purely based on real experience — not first impressions. I purchased it at ₹8,500, and after discounts, it came down to around ₹7,300. At that price, it honestly felt like a great deal. But sadly, this is where the trap begins. Everything runs smoothly for the first few months. Then, just after 6–8 months or roughly 6,000 litres of usage, the purifier suddenly demands a complete filter replacement. No partial change, no option — all filters. And the shocking part? The replacement cost is around ₹5,500 😐 Do the math. Your yearly maintenance alone crosses ₹10,000, which is more than the cost of many standard RO purifiers available in the market. In comparison, other normal and reliable RO systems cost ₹3,000–₹4,000 per year for maintenance. It gets worse. You cannot replace the filters from local service providers. Even if they have compatible filters, the machine simply won’t accept them. The system is programmed in a way that only Pureit’s authorised filters work. So you’re locked in. You’re forced to order filters only through authorised distributors, and they usually take 7–15 days, saying the filters need to be ordered from the company. During this waiting period, either you live without purified water or arrange an alternative. In short: • Affordable purchase price ❌ misleading • Maintenance cost ❌ extremely high • Flexibility ❌ zero • Dependency on company ❌ 100% Final Verdict: Pureit RO is not expensive at the time of buying — it becomes expensive after you own it. If you’re okay with paying a premium every year and being dependent only on the company, go for it. Otherwise, there are far better and more economical RO options available in the market. Buy smart, not just branded.
