Its really amazing how useful this is. I originally bought it for my daughter who does not like standing on a scooter. Not only she likes it and uses it a lot, I use it for some grocery shopping. Bucket in the back makes it so easy to carry stuff.It is very sturdy with me weighing close to 200 lbs and me carrying close to 50 lbs of stuff from store, it was able to go up the hill at 15 mph. Range wise, I do not know how long it will last but I have ran it for atleast 20 miles and it still was showing me 2 bars.Its very easy to use with disc brakes, it is very easy and safe.It has enough power to go fast enough that I can use it for getting groceries from 4 miles away but is not very fast that I feel scared with kids using it as well.Height can be adjusted and my son uses it as a electric scooter and prefers standing.Only thing I can think of that can be added is Speedometer and Odometer like in some of the ebikes.

The scooter was well packaged. I'm the kind of person who follows instructions to the T, so I felt like they could have been more clear. There is an assembly video on the product page that was helpful (it was a different model than the one I purchased so some things were different). In all, assembly is about 15 minutes. The battery comes with some charge (I've put about 10 miles on so far without recharging it), so it can be immediately used.I was a little nervous about getting one of these as I knew my kids would want to ride it but I was also concerned about them falling. I really like that it has 3 selectable speeds. Speed #1 doesn't exceed 9 miles an hour (which isn't very fast when riding it), speed #2 goes to around 16 and speed #3 goes as fast as it will go. The scooter operates in the exact same manner regardless of what speed is selected, it just limits how fast it will go. It will go about 18.5 mph when I'm on it, but I'm about 180 pounds. I'm sure it goes faster if someone lighter is riding. I'm 6'2" and a little cramped (I'm told I look too big for the scooter), but don't feel uncomfortable on it.The basket is useful if I'm going up to the park and need to bring a few items. There's a light up headlight and taillight for dusk/night riding. The kickstand works as it should and the brakes do their job. The horn is just a bell that would basically hit with a spring loaded metal knob, but gets the job done.My kids love riding it. I like using it to get around the neighborhood. The battery life seems to be adequate for our use. Overall, it seems to be a great value for an electric scooter/bike.

I purchased this scooter for my father-in-law to get around town. She is of age (elderly) and the speed and safety of this scooter has suited him well.He has comfort and safety and its not to much for him to handle. He can walk and push it along when needed with no fuss or added pressure.His last scooter was very heavy and at times it went too fast.The design of this scooter is perfect for and he sits with great comfort.So are so good wihen it comes to battery life. He get him to where he needs to go.Not to much power but just enough for an elderly adult to ride around downtown.

To start off was packaged very well and arrived earlier than expected, was easy to assemble and had some charge to test it, I got it put together an hr later after unpacking.The scooter is very small even for me I'm 5'10" seems very well built I like the full suspension very good power from the motor very quiet and climbs hills. I do like the wheels its full equipped with lights and fenders and a good seat and basket, what I dont like is no actual LCD display as advertised and the range varies but never been issue and I use daily to and from work. (Approximately 8 mile round trip)Would of gave 5 stars if I had a LCD display the battery indicator is trash! Good brakes and everything else just wish it was an option.

first impressions upon delivery was well packaged, everything was neatly packaged and good, assembly was easy, and driving around with it is a blast, its great as a starter scooter, goes easy and doesn’t jump out of your hands when you accelerate, it rides smooth and feels great, the range is great, its use is practical and be used for a quick small grocery getter or do quick errands. happy with this buy definitely buy it again if i could

DO NOT BUY THIS SCOOTERWhile it arrives in perfect condition and is easy to assemble, the scooter would not turn on after a week of use. Was missing some tools but that's okay,I used my own.Checked all the parts and walk throughs,nothing was damaged or broken.Decided to have it returned and that is when everything went to hell.Amazon can't do anything because the package was shipped by FedEx. Called FedEx as instructed,was told they would pick it up, nobody picked it up, now I have to go pick it up from the facility and bring it back home and figure out what the hell to do with it. The phone numbers provided are Chinese or Japanese I have no friggin clue, the automated message is of no help at all and frankly I'm just frustrated. Don't waste your time.
