The spectrum of spices is pretty classic but I like to add a bit more, especially fresh ginger & cinnamon and anything else on hand that seems appealing. Don't forget that milk and sweetener are key to classic chai. This is caffinated. I sometimes use one of these tea bags with decaff plain ones to lower the caffeine content.
