THIS PEN IS PERFECT FOR MY HUSBAND SINCE HE HAS TREMORS AND HE CAN HOLD ON TO THE PEN EASIER. ALSO, HE LOSES STUFF IN BED, SO THE PEN BEING AROUND HIS NECK IS GREAT. THE PENS WRITE GREAT AND COME WITH A BEAUTIFUL BIB.

I personally like these pens. I have used them all day and, unlike with my other pens, I have not experienced the sore and cramping joints I typically get. I have alsonfound they write smoothly. Both pens came with a black ink cartridge installed, but I received blue refills. My only real complaint is there are small pieces that fall out when you change the ink cartridges. They are necessary pieces and go back in easy enough, but someone with severe joint mobility may struggle with this.

Excellent pens for anyone with hand/muscle issues. Pens are lightweight, comfortable to hold . Easy to grasp and use without discomfort.

Great ergonomic pens. I can really feel the difference when writing with them. There is less stress on my fingers and wrist.

I got these for my momma who has difficulty gripping with her dominate hand due to her condition. While she has since been able to train herself to write with her other hand, she still wanted something that allowed her to use her usual, dominate hand. These pens are a great size and comfortable for my momma to grip, but the quality from the ink chambers/cartridges were hit or miss. As far as ink flow, she had to try 3 different cartridges to find one that would not skip and actually write upon contact of the paper. Once properly working, the pen is easy to use; I could even see how this would be great for kids first learning to write as the size is easier for their tiny [uncoordinated] hands to grab! I'm giving this item a 3 star because while the pack does come with a lot of replacement ink, it sucks that some had to be discarded without even using. The pen is worth trying out though, especially for someone with difficulty gripping standard pens/pencils.

They are not very heavy. I have moderate tremors and they do not help me when I have to write.
