Love this tea especially when doing an extended water fast. It is savory and hearty if you are doing a water fast for 3 or more days and easily replaces the craving for a broth or other calorie dense liquids.

I surprise I lost weight

Is good that this is now available in the UK marketplace under prime as last time had to wait 3 weeks to be delivered directly from India. But still quite expensive for what it is.

This tea bags travel along with me in my handbag wherever and whenever! I even make sure to share it with people who have never tried it, because it is just so good. It is especially a treat when I am on a strict diet. It helps me hydrate more often with hot water and it curbs my cravings too!
