I just planted them. You do get a fair amount of rizomes for your money. Excellent on that part They looks very healthy

I have been growing plants, also have worked in several nurseries through the years. It is very obvious to me that these rhizomes were not meant to be grown out! I can see where it is VERY OBVIOUS the "eyes" were cut off... There may possibly be "new eyes" yet to appear.... however after weeks absolutely nothing gives! For example: I have taken rhizomes of close relative White Ginger that I purchased from the grocery store that had undeveloped "eyes" intact. These grew out just fine!!! As of mid October 2024; the last two tiny pieces left from the whole batch that has simply rotted away have never produced any growth! They seem to still have substance but look the same as when I received them: as though the "eyes" had been rubbed off...I was way too submissive to this grower and hung in for so long hoping the "eyes" would repair themselves or grow new ones!!!

Arrived in excellent condition. Grew again in the garden this Spring even after we got snow last winter in Georgia. Looking forward to harvesting some of it this year.

They look very good and healthy, however I'm not sure how many will actually grow due to all the rhizome being purposely cut off and I would say 50% were completely cut with no growth points left and the other half have "some" growth points but not all. I am unsure if these will grow due to them only leaving one or two rhizomes on each tuber and the rest were cut off. I will definitely update if they grow and adjust my review to 5 stars as they are healthy and you get a lot for the price. If you are buying to grow, you will get a lot that will not grow due the rhizomes being removed completely.

I have an indoor greenhouse, and was very excited to plant these. Unfortunately not a single one sprouted. I'm a competent gardner so I'm not sure what the issue was with this batch of turmeric.

They arrived on time, came well packaged, and look very healthy. I have planted them all and looking forward to great healthy plants! Will update later if there's any issues but I think there's plenty of plants so many should grow just fine.

When these arrived they had a moldy smell and had some mushy spots on them. They came in a brown paper bag in a tiny bit of moist sand. I rinsed them and planted then. Will see how they turn out.🤞

I had these soaking in water for 24 hrs then I placed them in dirt for almost a month.. I noticed nothing was growing, so I the dug around to set whats up.. NOT A THING started to grow. Instead they all got mushy and was shriveling up.
