I love that everything I've gotten from this brand doesn't have any fillers. These capsules are easy to swallow and don't have any bad taste that I notice. I can't say for sure if it's effective but Im detoxing due to changing my diet and the diet change is causing HORRIBLE acne that I never get. So I figured I would take this and see if it helps open up other detox pathways to stop the acne. I'll update if anything worthwhile happens lol
