I’ve been using Citrulline as part of my pre-workout combo : I mix it with creatine, BCAA, beta-alanine, and EAA , and it works perfectly. Buon prodotto, si scioglie bene basta mescolare energicamente. Le dosi consigliate sono giuste, il sovradosaggio si sopportare bene anche di 5 6 volte superiore. L'effetto inizia dopo 20 minuti e rimane dino 40 e 45 minuti . Almeno a me fa così
