PROIRON Resistance Bands, Latex-Free Elastic Exercise Bands, Professional Long Stretch Bands with Different Strengths for Yoga, Pilates, Stretching, Physical Therapy, Workout

I've used such bands during physical therapy and I was advised to get some for home use. I got ProIron bands because they come in longer versions (1.5m versus 1m or less for most other brands). I found after they arrived that the "weakest" ProIron band is stronger than the strongest one of the kind used by my physical therapist. That turned out to be just right for home use. I used it for months, usually attached to a door-jamb accessory to work both shoulders at once. Recently it broke -- though the pieces are still useful for other exercises -- so I sent to the "medium" band. I had to scale back my reps for a few days to build new strength. I like them!

I like that there are 3 exercise bands for such a low price! I'm using the stretch bands to limber up a back injury, and it works very well. These exercise bands enable gently stretching instead of more difficult exercise. I'm 68, and I need gentle exercise.. 💕

First of all I have worked before with bands. I just misplace them. So I went and ordered the pink band. I thought it was LIGHT which is what I need. It is very very stiff. So stiff I cannot use it at all. It is not worth your money and smells very bad. I usually love everything I order. This band I am so disappointed and really feel I should speak up about this. I will look for something else and never buy again from this company.

Latex free doesn't need to be substandard. This is much nicer than the latex ones I've seen and looks like it will last a long time! Love the color.
