The newspaper stand is my second funwhole set and I am thoroughly won over by this company. The first set from FO I built was the farm store which had a few issues that made it a bit tedious (although it looks really great and packed full of details) but the newspaper stand didn’t have any of those issues. All the parts went together very easily and there were NO stickers/decals (all the fantastic details are printed!). For such a small set, the building is full to the brim with lovely details that are so fun to put together. I’m not an expert in putting in lights but their instructions are so clear and pieces are made so well that the entire build was a breeze. There were no missing pieces at all and very few spare parts which suggest to me that their manufacturing process is very precise. There are two very small caveats to all the greatness - the wiring for the street lamp does get squished under a few tiles that are not made to accommodate wires so the tiles end up not being pushed all the way down, and the back door hinge is very loose so the door doesn’t stay closed and swings open every time I move the set. Other than those two very minor flaws, the newspaper stand is a wonderful little build that is fun to assemble as well as display. I am completely enamored with this set and can’t wait to build the next one in my already growing backlog of FO sets.

This is such a delight to build in terms of quality. I have been a Lego fan and recently I bought a knockoff brand from Amazon called Mocbeopcs ( cafe set ). Terrible experience with that as it kept breaking because the brick structure was awful. This brand was such a delight in comparison. I love Lego and this is comparable to the sets which cost several hundred dollars. The bricks are stable and shiny. The details are simply exquisite. For me, one of the most important features is that my 5-year-old can actually play with the set without the whole thing falling apart. Very stable structure, very good design. I am extremely impressed and highly recommend this set too all Lego lovers who do not wish to compromise with quality. Given the time we invest into these hobbies in our crazy hectic lives, compromising with the quality is just not worth anything. I highly recommend the set. I will buy more of this brand because of the LED light feature which does look very attractive. Good value for money.

This is a great set! I have always built Lego sets but wanted to try this one because it looked so good and it did not disappoint! The quality is as good as Lego and the instructions were actually better than the ones from Lego! The lights went in very easy and the set looks amazing! I am so happy with it and am already looking for my next one to purchase! I had no missing pieces and there are no stickers! They are all printed bricks!

Ok, first and foremost... the pieces are quality prints. No stickers in this set. Not only that, you get a number of unique prints and they are done well. Yes, compatible with the name-brand bricks; standard size bricks. The directions are clear and easy to follow. This set took me about two hours to put together. The end product looks fantastic and will be a great addition to any brick city or town. This set has 3 lights; a street lamp, a light bar inside the shop, and a lighted rotating sign. It uses two 2032 batteries or can be powered by USB (both options are included... bring your own batteries). Play features included: rotating double-sided sign, retractable awning, bicycle, moped, functional lights, and one minifig. Conclusion: Awesome little news stand, looks great, good value. I would have no qualms about ordering this one.

This was a really fun build—very similar to Lego sets in style and quality. It took me about a day to complete and I was impressed by the beautiful attention to detail throughout the set. The lighting feature is bright and adds a really nice touch when it’s all done. Some parts came a little bent or slightly too long, so I had to do a bit of DIY to get them to fit properly—but it’s nothing too difficult. Just a minor fix that anyone can handle. Overall, it was worth the effort and looks amazing once finished!

We bought this for our 8-yr old son who loves to build with the other, prohibitively expensive name brand building bricks. This looked like it would be much more fun - it has lights! - so we bought it and, wow! My son is having a great time putting this together. After just a day and a half, he is close to completing it (he would already be finished but for the fact that he’s been under the weather). There are no missing pieces, in fact it comes with extra pieces; all of the electronic components work perfectly and, the instructions are easily understood. This is a wonderful set to build and I’m so glad that we bought this. It’s fun for the whole family. We highly recommend this product and, this brand!

Cool little bulls that fit into my Lego city really well. Everything was compatible with Lego and snapped together easily.

In short, this was a very high quality build. Instructions is better than lego, all printed pieces no stickers, and the fact it come with a light kit, makes it all the better! Great deal! The pieces were high quality and the fact there are special brick pieces that hides the wires and not pinch the wires.

For something that isn’t Lego, it is actually excellent quality and my daughter was very impressed building it! She said it felt very close to the original Lego and is now planning to purchase more sets like this.

It's nice to have a smaller set that is modular and a full building with a back wall and everything. LEGO pretty much have their licenses to rely on because these guy are knocking it out of the park with these modular sets. Solid, well designed, includes lights, and SO many printed pieces without a sticker in sight. The minifigure is decent for making it legally distinct. Only negative is the plates hiding the street lamp cable being pushed up slightly. Wish they found another solution for that.

Nice little set, my 13 year old nephew loves the included lights. A bargain compared to lego offerings.

These lit sets are lit 😉 so good and unbeatable for the price!

The design and quality is A+++. My son loves it! The manual is easy to understand, even for a 5 year old. A lot of small parts so be sure to build it with an adult supervision. The lights are stronger when connected to a USB than the battery. We enjoyed building it! Highly recommended!
