Provides awesome support and stability. I think they should come i sizes though since I have a friend who likes them but she has thinner wrists; therefore, she ends up with an overly thick wrap whenever she uses this.

Ok for assistance exercises, warm-up, or simple wrist support. They are quality, but too much stretch for any kind of heavy benching.

Too Big not one size fits all

This is a lighter/shorter wrist wrap than I would typically use for powerlifting, but for general use and when not trying to max my bench these work great. Typical fantastic Rehband quality. Historically 90+% of wrist wraps that I have replaced have failed due to velcro wearing out, so we'll see how these hold up with repeated use, but so far zero complaints.

These are great wrist bands from a brand that has a rep for quality. The are med duty for all around use. I have used them for lifting as well as BJJ. The army green color is perfect. Highly recommend.
