I bought this not expecting much to be honest. However, it’s perfect for doing step exercises at home. It has two heights and you can add or take away the extra step really easily. It’s so lightweight and easy to move to where I store it, under my desk. It is very sturdy and nonslip so I can use it with confidence. Great price too,

Brilliant fitness stepper at a fabulous price. There are two heights to this. The second position feet clip under the stepper if only level one is required. I’ve seen others much more expensive than this but this does the same job. Super pleased, thanks a million!

Very sturdy and well-made step. I mainly use it under my desk as a foot rest, it’s clearly built for workouts with slip resistance and adjustable height. It was easy to assemble and doesn’t take up much space, so storage capacity is no issue.

Excellent fitness step, good value for money and very stable. Comes ready to use, with additional parts to higher the actual step if desired.

Aerobics stepper platform standardly design and solid. I brought this one as it was advertised (incorrect!) 78cm length but it is actually 68.5cm! However this is standard length in the design. I used it for adominal exercise rather than aerobic stepping and i deduct if you are UPTO 1.70 METRES tall it would function as a type of very low bench. Although you will need to put cushioning to protect your back. Obviously not as effective or convenient as a proper adominal bench but still achieves a good level of adominal conditioning plus much easier to stow away!
