This is an excellent storage shed. Very easy to assemble as compared to another brand. I’m 77 years old and put it together by myself in about 1-1/2 hours including reading the instructions and verifying all parts are included. It’s even very nice that they give you extra parts, just in case!! The only tool needed was a Philips screwdriver. I waited for the first rain to see if it was truly weatherproof and it passed with flying colors!! No moisture at all inside the cabinet. Shelves have to be purchased separately, and they are very sturdy and fit perfectly into place designed for the shelves. I highly recommend this storage shed!!

The Positives: 1) Pretty robust materials, including hinges and latches which are well made and should be durable. 2) The instructions and Part Numbering are both superb! They couldn't be clearer! One person should be able to get 95% of this together in 1.5- 2 hours. A second person is needed to help attach the cover to the unit. 3) It looks nice and can easily contain 4 garbage cans (with two inside of two). The latches line up pretty well and it opens easily. The foot "lock" feature seems to work well also! The Negatives: 1) It takes a few weeks to ship and they don't tell you ahead of time that it comes in two separate packages. My second package ended up coming 3- 4 days later. Final Analysis: This is a nice little shed that fits together well and is easy to assemble. I didn't rate it for weatherproof as it's been in the 90's where I live on Long Island. I'll update if there are problems in the winter. In the end, this is exactly what I was hoping it would be and am very happy with it!

This product is well built and well thought out, but I think that for that price the quality of the plastic used should have been better. At a minimum it should have been thicker, but also the grade of plastic used gives me doubts that it will last more than a few years. It will probably be warped and cooked by the sun within 2-3 years, but of course this is just speculation. I expected a material like the one used for outdoor water tanks, pumps etc... which is usually reinforced with fiber glass and much harder. At least for the cover. That being said, I can tell there was a lot of thought that went into this product (they added a metal rod inside the cover to give it more resistance to warping for example) and the manufacture is of good quality, with the holes lining up properly, and things being well adjusted in general. The hardware provided for the assembly also seemed of good quality. Finally the assembly was easy, with each piece clearly labeled and neatly packaged. One area of improvement would be to make the hardware packages easier to open, perhaps by adding pre-cut lines in the carboard backing. Similarly the shipping boxes used cannot be open without being torn appart, an easy open mechanism would go a long way. But all in all, except for my durability doubt relative to the cost, I would say it is a good product.

I bought this KINYING shed a few weeks ago to store some of my gardening tools and extra recycling bins outside. Overall, I'm really happy with it! Plenty of space: The shed is definitely bigger than I thought it would be! I was able to fit all my gardening tools, two recycling bins, and even have a little extra space left over. Easy to put together: I was worried that assembly would be a pain, but it actually went together pretty smoothly. The instructions were clear and all the parts were there. I was able to put it together by myself in about an hour. Versatile storage: I can see this shed being useful for a lot of different things. You could use it to store pool supplies, patio furniture, or even pet food. Cons: No shelves included: The shed doesn't come with any shelves, which is a bit of a bummer. I had to buy some separately in order to maximize the space. Overall, I'm really happy with this KINYING shed. It's a great little storage solution for the price. If you're looking for a way to keep your outdoor gear organized and protected from the elements, this is a great option.

Very spacious and sturdy. Easy to put together.

The old adage ... "they don't make 'em like they used to" rings true. My late father-in-law had an outdoor storage unit similar to this (in size, design and material) at his home that he bought a few decades ago. Can't believe how much more sturdy it is (our daughter bought the house and it is still there and being used) compared to this one (and probably all of these "newer" boxes/sheds. It was easy enough to assemble and, with the exception of attaching the lid, can easily be accomplished by one person. Ideally, need 2 Phillips screwdrivers for assembly (P2 and P3 ... though you could do everything with just a P2). Description in the listing says an Allen key and screwdriver included ... but there was only an Allen key was in the package. It was interesting that the Allen key is not needed for any of the hardware ... everything is Phillips head. All of the sections went together easily with all holes lining up. The lip on the floor at the front could be a little taller, as with the lid up ... the left hand door can swing inward over the lip. With the lid down and the latch secured, both doors are held in place (so won't swing inward if there is a strong wind against them. All said, it will serve its purpose ... storing planting pots over the winter. However, I really was expecting something a little more sturdy for the price (bought the 48 cu ft version).

I was very pleasantly surprised by this product. Assembly was so well thought out. Every part was clearly numbered and labeled and the instructions were very clear. I actually had fun putting it together and my five year old daughter helped! I got it to store the cushions from our patio furniture. We haven’t used it yet but it started to downpour while we were building it outside and the inside stayed dry. It’s made of sturdy molded plastic and the pieces are pretty lightweight. My only complaints are that I wish there was an easy way to secure it. We managed to wrap bungee cords around the back hinges and around some fence posts and it should be okay. The lightweightness of it makes it easy to maneuver, but seems like it might be feasible for a kid to tip it over. Also with the roof lifted the walls are a bit wiggly. Not sure how that could be solved while allowing for both the doors and the roof to open though. Maybe a bracket that wraps around the walls and back? Anyway, it seems like it serve our needs just fine and I’m so grateful for the well-organized assembly instructions and parts!
