Negative points, the throttle isn't 100% UK legal so I removed it, its an easy unclip just below the handlebars. It works above walking speed so not to my liking. Better than the pro28, the bracket by the cranked is replaced by a plate on the F28, that gap is perfect for a cable or chain for a lock. I needed the handlebars higher (Im 6'2" and have a stiff back) but no adjustment on the riser itself. Just the handle bar bracket which wasn't enough for me. Easy fix to get a stem extender. Did need to change the front brake cable to accommodate. Good points, 100% a great bike to ride and feel comfortable on. The steering is precise and the brakes are excellent for a 20 mph speed. Battery change is easy and the display is awesome. You feel a great deal of confidence all around on this bike. I would not swap it and any adjustments I've made are purely choices personal to me. Customer service has been top notch and I would certainly recommend this bike to any one.

Very good features and spec but brakes a little weak

Instructions could do with being a bit clearer, took two of us to take it out of the box, and having to keep the box for 30 days is a little annoying. My husband put it together so just to be on the safe side I’ve taken it to the Bike shed to have it checked 🤣 Looking forward to cycling, the throttle is a great advantage when going up hill, on day 1 I cycled up a hill I can barely walk u, and with a little power assist on2 got all the way up
