Pleasantly surprised! Ordered a couple for myself- it was time for a new candle! And my first impression upon opening and smelling them was that the scent was a lot more mild than I expected. I wasn’t sure if that was a good or a bad thing, so I lit the first candle… still very mild, but pleasant! I find that the fragrance builds over time and eventually gets stronger, but still somehow not overpowering. I suspect its deodorizing power balances the scent. And I love that! I don’t hate bath & bodywork’s candles, but they are STRONG smelling. These candles are a much lighter, less overpowering variety.

Love this candle! This is my 2nd purchase of it. Highly recommend, especially for a gift!

Great at Deordizing the Dog scent but does not have much of a scent like I expected..

This candle has a great eucalyptus scent and does a great job of getting rid of pet order. It lasts a while and is nicely packed in a glass container with a wood lid.

This candle smells incredible. The eucalyptus scent fills the room without being overwhelming and it makes my whole space feel calm and clean. I love the simple jar design and the wick burns evenly. Such a nice way to freshen the house, especially with pets around.

I purchased these as a gift. They were poorly packaged in plastic bags and in a thin brown paper envelope bag with zero protective bubble wrap just loosely together clanking around. Upon opening to see what was in there it was these glass candles. They are in poor condition appearing to have melted & set back up or just original poor quality. There's candle residue all over the container and lid and the candles shift/move around in the glass container loosely. Not sure of the integrity of the product and the safety of using them. They were exspensively over priced and my choice to pay that but I expected a safe quality item. It's my favorite scent for the holidays. When trying to explain the situation to the non English speaking ( not first language ) male he couldn't understand what I was saying. $24 x 2 was not worth it.

I usually leave the lids on my candles when they are not in use to retain the scent, and they look nice - so the lid of this product was a bit of an unwelcome surprise! I’m a female dog owner and the image on the site indicated the lid was neutral - not for a childish image for a cat owning man! When I took the lid off to smell (which is nice, so I’d recommend amber and fig) the candle was clearly lose in the glass container and actually tipped out completely - it looks like a second hand gift that has been resold, this could be unfair, but this isn't a cheap candle - I love Sand + Fog, but this has been disappointing.

Sand + Fog are manufacturing a line called Sand + Paw and it is safe around pets. I purchased one earlier in TK Maxx and it was great, but they didn’t have it in stock when we ran out, so I ordered from Amazon. They sent a normal Sand + Fog candle, which I’m sure is great and good quality, but I wanted the Sand + Paw as in the description as I have 3 dogs. Therefore, I sent the item back.

Ordered this specifically because it says sand and paws, what you get isn't sand and paws but sand and fog, the other brand they do. Sand an paws is rare in the UK so if you are after it, don't buy this as you won't get sand and paws.
