This was a great little upgrade for an HP prodesk that needed a gpu power connector. The build quality is what you would expect from an oem HP power supply. Feels cheap but runs as intended and is fairly quiet. Was easy to install and all the cables were of oem length. Great value for the cost, no additional coolong needed as long as you are using it within spec and as intended.

I needed a new power supply. This replacement came with a bit more juice, 400Watts, and worked perfectly. Nice and the price was right!

not only did the power supply not supply the proper amount of power and made my computer turn off multiple times, the thing was also literally packaged in tape and styrofoam paper sheets. connectors also had black oily substance on them that i had to clean before i could even use it and the whole thing smelled like cancer.

Failed after 11 days, but Amazon handled replacement easily. Hoping replacement is reliable. Second one failed after about 6 months of power-on time. I'm getting the replacement warranty for the next one. PROS: * Direct fit. Says it's Lite-On OEM, HP L76557-001 400W CDT20 EPA90, 80 Plus Platinum Rev:0A, WD-05 * Has dual 8 pin GPU lead, with the second one as a 6+2. * CPU lead is slightly longer, so it is easier to route. * Three rails, 12.1V 18A Main (motherboard Yellow/black), 12.1V 18A CPU (motherboard Brown/Black), 12.1V 18A GPU (8+6+2 yellow/black). 217W per rail, but max supported is 400W total. CONS: * Lasted 11 days, and then nothing. It doesn't even have inrush current when plugging in the mains/wall cable. No power-line-good signal. Had to swap back to a spare PSU. * Second one would power off abruptly and finally died after 6 months (including off-time). * Power-line-good cable is a bit long. * Text on the label is a bit small. * No HP logo, and no serial number. Likely a clone vs OEM.

It looks identical to the factory high-output power supply! If you're planning to upgrade or add a graphics card to an HP PC, this is the way to go!
