These heart hands are really cute, and they look great in my living room as a whimsical decoration, but the image I thought I was buying was bookends. I was a bit disappointed that they were a solid piece. But, that is my fault for not paying closer attention. One complaint about the actual statue is that the paint is bubbled up in places which makes it look cheap, but it is sitting on a shelf hanging on the wall so you can't see the imperfection from this distance.
