Perfect on oatmeal
I’ll never eat hot cereal again without a hefty sprinkling of McCormick’s Brown Butter Seasoning. I always add a dollop of salty butter to hot cereal, because I love the little pools of saltiness and cream, but over the years I’ve noticed that butter isn’t as salty as it used to be. I’ve missed that flavor (adding salt isn’t the same). McCormick’s to the rescue! My taste buds are so happy! I can imagine sprinkling the seasoning on hot, buttery pretzels or garlic knots for an extra oomph of flavor. My only complaint is that it doesn’t sprinkle straight out of the bottle very well, because the jar is packed to the brim with seasonings and the holes on one side are super small. But who cares. It’s not a deal breaker, because the seasoning is so darn good!

Great on potatoes and anything else
The flavor is mild but it represents!Hot cereal, cooked veggies, anything you want to add a deeper flavor to. I believe my bakers use this, too! They bake in the community food prep where I live, so they know flavors...

Good
I like this. I am still struggling with how much to use for what, but it really does taste like browned butter and I am glad I bought it because the possibilities with this stuff are endless. It is a large jar, as well. So, a very worthy thing to have in a spice cabinet.

Wonderful DISCOVERY!
Arrived as described (CLEAN. BRAND NEW, Generous size bottle, well packaged and delivered on time! This is a nice addition to any recipe when baking desert food and adding ingredients i.e cinnamon or nutmeg and vanilla for cookies, cakes, pies and sweet breads-- and could definitely work in ice cream recipe too👍 I incorporated it, in my pecan pie filling and a rum cake and because it complimented so well-- less brown sugar was required! Fabulous!! We're very pleased with both the product and the results!! 🤗 Thank you, McCormick- Brown Butter Seasoning 4.94oz (durable plastic) bottle 👏

Put this on your buttered croissant toast or sprinkle on your coffee cold foam. You will not be disappointed!

Great in coffee and great on cookie. I recommend buying this if you're looking for a new spice for your coffee or baked goods. It surely brings out the flavor and whatever you're trying to do
