I was surprised - this works better than my current older laptop, it's light, and so far I have had no issues. I have been using it for months primarily to remote into work and perform online tasks. Edited 6/27/2025 - still working, very fast, no real issues - just wish there were more ports or a full hdmi port vs the mini hdmi, but for the price it was great

Great laptop for the price. If you want an inexpensive, fast computer for basic needs, this is perfect. A little heavy and bulky, but performs like higher end models.

Right price, wrong product Did not start up. Charged overnight, still won’t start. Absolutely no cust serve. Obviously a known problem, as the labels inside say”if your product won’t start…”.

I received my laptop, well packaged and quite clean and streamlined. However, with it charged for 24 hours I noticed that the battery live does not last as advertised. The vendor's explanation was nonsensical, saying that the USB ports, which should be identical, do not function the same way. They can tell that to someone else. Though, I like the computer's look, it is definitely low quality. It is extremely slow and difficult to manage. The price is low but it doesn't justify the very low performance quality. I would never buy this product again.

It runs very smoothly for these basic functions. The 15.6-inch IPS display delivers crystal-clear visuals, and the 1080P Full HD was friendly to kids’ eyes. The system is responsive, allowing me to effortlessly handle multitasking. 16GB+512GB storage ensures that multitasking is smooth, without any noticeable lags. The WiFi was connected stably and the battery capacity keeps them powered on the go. . It has met our requirements so far!
