NOT a Vine Voice Review
I've been taking L-Glutamine for a few weeks now after reading research done in relation to ADHD and ADD, in which individuals with ADHD had low Glutamine levels. Once supplemented, it helps a lot of said issues. Please do your own research regarding this, but for me- it's been an incredible supplement I will continue to buy. With that said, regarding the nature of Sports Research's L-Glutamine, I have found the powder to have a premium consistancy to it in comparison to others, which does not surprise me as I also take their D3+K2 Supplement (though it's a way better deal at Costco, and if you are reading this SR, please give us a better deal here on that via amazon!) and SR's fish oil, and those supplements have been top tier in regards to not only my own experience but from what I have read as well. This quality powder packs a punch in potency, and although I wouldn't recommend drinking it plain, it does mix well with straight water or any liquid. I mix it in with whatever I can, but know that if you do drink it with plain water, the taste is not good, and a little sour, but the effects are worth it. One last note, why take the powder vs pills? From the research I have gathered it is normal to take L-glutamine in higher dosages such as a full scoop (scoop included here!) and serving size indicate on the bottle. Pills on the other hand... not only is it a lot of capsules, it would be on the more expensive side. Grab this, potent, and mixes easily!

Very good product.
Very good product. Has really helped me with my digestion. The quality is very good. I gave some to my friend and she ordered it to. Helped her with acid reflux. Will continue to buy. Sports Research is a good product.

Amazing product
I was dealing with insanely upset stomach for over 3 years on daily basis. It got to the point that it was limiting me in social life. I've tried multiple different supplements and nothing was working until this product. It took me 2 doses to feel the difference. After a week of using it i was literally back to normal. It also helps with work out recovery.

Good product
Works for me. Dissolves really well in just water. Ive taken it mostly for after the gym to lessen any doms pain but glutamine is excellent for your gut lining too. Its worked decent for muscle soreness. Price isnt too bad for the amount u get.

Great for muscle repair
Im a CrossFitter and Sport Massage Therapist. I take this to help my muscle recovery since Im using my body on a daily basis. Much needed for an active lifestyle. I do feel some difference in my body. Its gonna be a subtle feel versus something you will feel right away. There is no taste and no smell and the texture is smooth silky powder. Its easy to use. Just one scoop I take first thing in the morning. This brand is always a great brand so value for the money is pretty good as the quality is good.

L-Glutamine for gut support
It’s definitely a lot for the amount you pay. I bought this mainly for gut support so I think it’s a little too early to tell if the advertised health benefits are working after a couple tries, but the powder dilutes well in any liquid. Taste is okay and looking at the ingredients, it’s a single-ingredient product so that’s reassuring. I’ve used other Sports Research vitamins before and quality is always top notch so I’m confident this will deliver as well.

Works great
Great product but definitely mix it with something because the natural taste is nasty

This is a nice, clean supplement that is easy to take. Only annoying thing is I have to store the scooper separately because it won’t go back into the container. Other than that I will definitely be buying from this brand again.

I’ve struggled with gut issues for years, and this L-Glutamine has been a game-changer. I take 20g daily on an empty stomach (10g morning, 10g night) and my digestion has never felt better. Easy to mix, tasteless, and works fast highly recommend!

Bon produit facile à intégrer à mon entraînement quotidienne

I'm giving five star as the powder is tasteless in my coffee and it dissolves nicely. I'm not seeing any physical evidence yet as to changes in my skin, etc. but haven't been using for a long time.

bought the Sports Research L-Glutamine on Amazon, and it’s been a great addition to my fitness routine for the price tag! This vegan, gluten-free, and Non-GMO powder mixes easily into my post-workout shakes, delivering 5g of fermented L-Glutamine per scoop. I’ve noticed improved recovery after intense gym sessions, with less muscle soreness, and it seems to support my gut health, too, which is a bonus. The Informed Sport certification gives me confidence in its quality, knowing it’s tested for banned substances. My only minor issue is the scoop can be tricky to find in the powder, but overall, it’s a reliable, high-quality supplement I’d recommend to anyone looking to boost recovery and overall wellness
