keep it under the desk and use it at least once a day. each setting has 3 levels of intensity (or off) and you can feel the different. very nice heating for the cold days or if you have cold feet. the massage and air pressure settings really do hit the spot, though be careful of turning the massage setting up too early before you're used to it as it can really press quite hard and hurt if you're not prepared. its helped with pain my feet so is a godsend

Loved the power of this, you can opt for a more gently massage plus the air pressure really hugs the feet. The not only downside to this is that the heater part makes no difference and doesn’t seem to work but didn’t bother me

Suddenly stopped working after 3 months of very light use-once a week. Also, no off switch. You have to unplug otherwise it keeps flashing at standby.

Really nice for the few times it worked. Stopped working after being unused for a few weeks. Seems to be a common issue these days. I'm not buying a new one two or three times a year.

It hurt the bottom of my feet when I first used it, even on the lowest setting. However, I realised that was a good sign. The pain has lessened now. Nice and simple independent control of the 3 functions. Remote is superb. The foot pockets are removable for washing if required. Well made and it works.
