Re-review, I originally reviewed this item as a 2 because it was late. Turns out that was entirely royal mails fault the product came a day late, the company responded to my messages and the product is good quality and value for money, the 2 star is a mistake on my part for being angry at the carrier!

Nice bag but poorly packaged
This is a really lovely bag, great size for day-to-day use. Unfortunately it arrived so squashed that some of the coloured panels were cracked and the zip was broken. One of the seams has a little hole in it also.
