Can’t go wrong
This is hands down the best bird brine. I’ve tried numerous other brines and meat church has the best flavor and moisture retention. Mind you I smoke 10 turkeys every thanksgiving!

Tender, juicy chick thighs
I used this brine to soak some chicken thighs for the smoker. They turned out so tender and juicy. I don't think I'll ever smoke chicken with this brine.
