This frame is the perfect size! I love the bigger screen. It allows you to see the pictures from across the room. It is a perfect addition to the room. Everyone that comes over loves to see the pictures. The resolution of the photos is great quality. It is easy to use, easy to add friends, easy to add your photos, easy to set up all of your desired settings. The settings are very flexible allowing you to set the length of duration, volume of videos, size and orientation of each picture. I love adding the time of day and weather to mine. You can group your photos together, set an emoji to the picture. Frameo just added a feature allowing you to cluster your photos together. It is a great gift and the value is amazing!

Not only do you have to buy this frame, but they try to add a subscription to be able to upload unlimited photos to the frame. The app is also not that easy to use, and requires a subscription to fully use it. Disappointing to sell the hardware at such a high price, and additionally ask for a very overpriced subscription.

Perfect gift for those who want to display all the pictures taken with your phone, but hesitate to print them all. The app is easy to use and connects via Bluetooth. The feature where you can set it to come on during certain times of day preserves power. It is the perfect size for an end table or nightstand in the bedroom. It updates quickly and has a great picture quality.

Why did you pick this product vs others?: I bought my first one in May. Worked solid for a the first couple of weeks. Then the issue surfaced. That issue is that it drops the WiFi connection. If you simply go to reconnect, it fails immediately. When you restart, it connects. The time between drops shortened for me, anywhere from a couple of days to a week. I have no intention of keeping any product that won't stay connected to WiFi. I worked with their support, but at the end of it Support had nothing to offer. They kept wanting to look at my WiFi as the guilty party, but with nothing substantial to offer setting-wise. It got to the point where they wanted me to leave it connected to my phone hot-spot or leave the frame at a neighbor's house. Neither are particularly acceptable. Mind you, I'm in a new-construction house with a fiber connection that's just shy of a year old. Nothing antiquated about my connection or equipment, and I have plenty of 2.4g only devices connected with no issues. I went ahead and sent the original back as a swap. Well, in just 10 days, the same issue with a new Frameo (15.6"). This one is going back, and I will check into other brands. I would also note that they have an app, but to get full value you will need a subscription. I feel there shouldn't be a subscription and all features should be available for free (included with purchase). Or maybe more included, and only a few left for a cheaper subscription. For the money, the subscription just wasn't worth it.
