Why/when I Bought It 🛒: I bought this because my hair randomly started shedding at large amounts. After doing some investigating, I couldn’t necessarily pinpoint the root cause. So I bought this viral hair supplement and it’s actually growing my hair, my roots are very thick, my hair is growing everywhere! I have to shave way more often. Even my nails started growing for once! 🟢 Pros (What I Liked): ✅ Quality and speed ✅ Hair density is increasing my roots are THICK ✅ WAY less shedding I switched to the daily hair support and the shedding started back. ✅ Tastes just fine! I’d still take it if it tastes worse just for the benefits. ✅ Yes, when it first arrived, it looked as if the bottle was not full, but I measured each dose out correctly and it lasted for the full 30 days so before you review products, make sure you know things for a fact because I was almost influenced not to buy. 🛑 Cons (What Could Be Better): ❌ You have to take a large amount ❌ I wish the daily vitamins were included ❌ It’s definitely expensive but worth it for me right now. I've tried ALL of the hair growth things. This is the absolute best thing for hair growth. My hairstylist was amazed by how many new baby hairs I had throughout my head. My hair has never grown this fast, EVER. I used an entire bottle of the Morning formula, and used the Hair Growth Max after that. The first photo is from late August. The second photo is from October. The hair at the nape of my neck was probably less than 1/2in. It's almost 5in long now. That's just crazy work! My skin is looking amazing too. Tastes good. The mango flavor is great. The almond flavor growth max is OK, I mix it in my coffee.

Ok. So nobody has battled extreme hair loss like me. It was so bad that I was ready to go in for that blood platelets transfer. But I got scared and I tried this. But this was gonna be it. If it didn’t work, then I was go through with the blood thing Let me tell you, after about 2 weeks- my hair stopped falling out. I literally just woke up one day and didn’t lose a strand. I thought it was too good to be true. Well, here we are. Had to cut my hair after the loss and it’s coming back stronger and healthier. My hair used to be so thick, that I would have to go and get it thinned out. I never thought I would ever get back to that. Well, it’s coming lol. If you’re hesitant, I can assure u that it will work I don’t care about the taste of vitamins. It could taste like garbage, but if it works, I’m gonna use it. But, it’s definitely tolerable. Just take the shot, and don’t stress if it doesn’t taste like a cookie. It’s not dessert.

I was losing an insane amount of hair from after effect of GLP1. I started getting nearly a bald spot by my temple so I resorted to trying this out. Within 3 weeks I see baby hair growing all over the sparse area. It truly does work and I notice less hair shedding. The only downside is taking it alone, its like eating a spoonful of liquid sugar, so maybe mix it with a bit of milk. But overall, it works!

This stuff def works! The peach flavor is better in my opinion. However, the oatmeal cookie is tolerable especially when I see the results of all the new hair growth. This is all I'm taking to grow my hair after it started thinning from perimenopause. I'm very relieved by how much new growth I see coming in!

Please do your research! I wish I had read the negative reviews as well. As soon as I received this vitamin, I was excited to try it. I've had Mary Ruth's brand in the past and I never had issues. I felt very confident that this would be okay. I've had their biotin gummies, their liquid multivitamin, and their hair growth multivitamin. None of those have caused any issues for me except for this one. I had the recommended dosage of 15mL around 8 or 9pm. By 12am, I felt discomfort in my stomach and did go to the bathroom. When I woke up at 5am for work, I ended up vomiting and feeling extremely awful. My body was shaking a bit and I was feeling a lot of pain in my stomach. Around 10am, I couldn't take it anymore and vomited. I had Pepto Bismol and it did not work. I couldn't throw up or go to the bathroom so I thought taking milk of magnesium might help so I took that. Of course, it worked however the discomfort and pain remained. The next day I felt the same. I thought, well, I have to try and eat something so I had a couple pieces of watermelon, about 4 or 5 diced pieces and right after that, I felt so much pain. From 1 to 10, it was 100. I had to leave work early and took myself to urgent care. Urgent care advised me to run to the ER as they couldn't help me. The ER ended up giving me an IV of pain killers and nausea. They also prescribed me with stomach cramps meds, nausea meds, and Tylenol #3 for pain. They recommended I follow up with my primary care. It's been a day since I went to the ER, I stopped the medication I was given to see if the symptoms have subsided; to be honest, not really. As I'm typing this, I feel discomfort and cramping however, the pain is not as excruciating as it was yesterday when I took myself to the ER. This is the kind of pain that caused me to be hunched over, couldn't walk straight, and had me crying to the nurses. I was crying because of the amount of pain I was in. The doctor pressed on my stomach to check which area hurt the most and god... That was so much worse. I don't wish this upon anyone. Please, please be careful. All I had was 1 of the recommended dosage for the very first time. I don't know what happened. I don't know if I'm allergic to any of the ingredients. I don't know. But I'm never trying this ever again in my life. I lost my money and hours at work that I can't get back. I pray that I'm better tomorrow because I'm terrified of this developing into something worse. I hope this review helps someone. I also have proof of having an IV and receipt proof of my prescribed medication if this were to escalate. Please. Do your research. Be careful.

I really enjoyed my first bottle of MaryRuth’s Hair Growth Max Liposomal. The taste was like caramel almond, perfectly sweet, and the liquid color was a light golden-brown/camel shade. When I started my second bottle, it was completely different — the liquid was transparent and much sweeter. I also opened some of my other bottles and found they were the same as the second one: transparent and overly sweet. Now I’m wondering, which one is the correct version? I loved the taste and color of my first bottle, but the others taste and look very different.
