Would not recognize chip and would not work.
These cartridges would not work with my HP printer that calls for this cartridge. It pops an error message as a non-HP chip and will not recognize them. Tried to troubleshoot to get them to work and nothing helped. I will have to return these.

It won’t work in printer it claims to work in! Lost my money!
I just opened these and ordered them when I ordered my printer but they DO NOT FIT the printer it claims to fit, so now, I am out all of this money. The HP LASERJET PRO will not accept these cartridges. I have a business so I buy my supplies ahead of time and this time, it bit me in the butt!

Poor quality, not a good replacement for HP products.
These did not work out. Much cheaper than HP toner but they leave ink residue on papers and do not print cleanly. Lots of lines in my labels and they actually ended up causing many paper jams. I replaced them with genuine HP ink and my problems were solved. Not a quality product even at half the price.

Not printing in color
Printer is not printing in color only greyscale and option to print int color is not available on computer. Going to get hp cartridges. Wasted money on the cheap ones

I bought the pack of four and the first one I put in was a cyan and IT DID NOT WORK, there was no safety seal to remove but I tried it in my printer after giving it a vigorous shake like another reviewer said and it is not working. Buyer Beware!
