I don't normally get this enthusiastic about a product, but this pillow rocks. I have neck and shoulder issues and was trying to replace the other pillow I had. When it seemed hard to come by, I decided to try this, given the reviews. I cannot stress enough how great I think this pillow is (especially for people like me with neck/shoulder issues). It's an odd shape but highly accommodating and is instantly comfortable. The price point falls within range of what I'd paid for other pillows in the past but frankly, it's priceless. It cradles the head and neck, separating it somewhat from the shoulders. It has memory foam, I think, and provides awesome support. I rarely get this enthused, but I hit pay dirt with this product. I woke up with no pain for the first time in years. Fabulous find!

I had the previous version of this Ergonomic Pillow and I was impressed with it after testing several other pillows for my neck pain (I tested 3 other pillows) however, this one was the one I liked the most. The pillo was not too soft and the pillow did provide enough support for my neck. After a few months of use almost, a year It felt different so it was time for a new one. I recently decided to try the new version of the pillow and I am very happy with it but have mix feelings. The foam is firmer than the previous version and it provides much better support for my neck but also it is a little too bulky in the new arm section (I guess for bigger arms?) and I did not love that the only option was only the white one, I would have liked more colors. However, I also find that the pillow stays firm all night long and confortable. The new version also has a more breathable design. This helps to keep me cool and comfortable all night long. Overall, I like the new version of the pillow. It is a significant improvement over the previous version, no fan of the color however. I would recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and supportive pillow in that respect is one of the best. After a week of testing the are my conclusions so far: Pros: Firmer foam provides better support for the neck (specially if you are over weight) Pillow stays firm all night long More breathable design Cons: Some users may find the pillow too firm Pillow may not be suitable for people with small arms (but if your arms are big then this is a pro) No enough colors. I had very high hopes for this pillow, and after getting used to it I found it to be very helpful in getting a good night's sleep. However, over time the firmness of the pillow, and namely the memory foam neck supports, do not hold up. I am now back to sore necks and headaches that were temporally gone when I first got this pillow, and this pillow is now used for my knees, if at all. In search for a replacement, but very skeptical that I will find one that will hold up over time.

Honestly was skeptical of this working. For quite a while, I was getting neck and trapezuis pain/soreness, and on top of that I have chronic bilateral shoulder pain so it was real miserable. Soft pillows don't help whatsoever, and my regular memory foam wasn't good either. I was worried this pillow would be a disappointment, but I genuinely have not had anymore pain in my neck and trapezuis. It's quite comfortable, and it fits in my pillow case which I was also worried a bit about (Just because my room is gothic and I didn't wanna ruin the theme) Now, since my shoulder pain is chronic, I'll still get soreness here and there but it hasn't been as bad since purchasing this. I'm not sure why, because the pillow doesn't give any cushion for the shoulders. Maybe it has to do with the neck or head's position that relieves pressure on the shoulder? Regardless, I've also been able to sleep on my side much more comfortably. This could just be my personal experience, and obviously everyone's body is different and may respond differently, but I do recommend giving this a shot if you have similar bodily pains and/or have trouble falling asleep. It's not too hard or too soft, the neck support is great, it fits in a pillow case; I'm very happy with it. Haven't switched back to my other pillows.
