Egg Slide Out
This is a great little pan. I use it mostly for eggs and the nonstick makes getting the eggs flipped so easy. It’s so easy to clean and it’s a great size for smaller fry ups.

I bought it for camping but good enough for home
I love this pan. It is solid but lightweight. It cleans up easily and nothing sticks to it. I bought it for our camp gear for a separate scout who has celiac. I like it so much, I may buy a few for home.

Scratches quite easily
The pan looks great but the first time I used it it got a scratch while trying to flip an egg. I am heartbroken as they show it to be able to use a metal spatula. Disappointed

Slippery and light weight
It's funny. I love this pan. So slippery I have to use 2 spoons. Wish they had one a little smaller.

Truly non-stick
Update after one week of use: the food no longer slides off easily. The non-stick quality it had the first two times I used it is no longer there. Eggs not frying so well now, and are now sticking to the pan. I followed all instructions and only hand was the pan gently and use only a plastic spatula. I’ve only been using it a week and I don’t know how long it will last but so far it’s been as advertised , completely non-stick. Fried eggs come out perfect and slide ride out of the pan.

Excellent
The skillet performs as advertised. Even heating, exceptional nonstick release and easy clean up. It is very lightweight but appears to be well-made and durable. I highly recommend the Gotham Steel ceramic skillet

Non stick
Perfect for frying eggs or stir frying vegetables. I add a small amount of butter or olive oil and the food slides very easily.

Sticky pan
Brought this pan few months ago and used only few times . For making eggs it’s came out good but making other things like veggies it’s stick to the pan and few times I had to use baking soda and vinegar to clean the residue. I’ m not able to return it since the return window is closed. Pan look beautiful but not good for cooking .
