Because this part fits loosely as you can see in the video, it’s a matter of time before it fails. On one hand, the beating rusted and eventually locked the whole assembly and the blender could not move it. Almost broke my blender. On the other, the loose fit makes it leak ever so slightly which is not desired. Failed within a month… don’t waste your money

BEWARE, I purchased one in the begining of 2024 and it worked great for a year and then the packing for the berrings degraded to the point where the liquid contents being blended seeps thru the berrings and on to the blender mount. The original OEM blade lasted for 15 years and this cheaply made replacement for only 1 year!

I bought this as a replacement for my Vitamix. The base of the blade is to small it doesn’t fit into the base of the Vitamix.
