Best For the Gut health!
Hands down one of the best products but the only bad thing is it keep on getting out of stock which is kind of frustrating.

Great for Digestive Health and Energy Levels
I’ve been using this probiotic product for some time, originally in Hong Kong and now continuing here in the UK. I chose it because it’s developed by the Chinese University of Hong Kong, a brand I trust for its scientific backing. Since starting this formula, I’ve noticed several significant improvements. My sleep quality has gotten better, I feel more energetic, and most importantly, my digestive health has improved dramatically. I now have a regular toilet routine every day, and the bloating and belly grumbling issues I used to experience have disappeared. I highly recommend this probiotic for anyone looking to improve their gut health and energy levels!

Seems to be OK, but difficult to know.
G-NiiB Immunity+ microbiome Balance Formula. It's difficult to review vitamin's/Minerals etc as unless you have blood tests etc to show the difference, how do you know they are working? I've been taking these for a week now, on its own in a glass of room temperature water, the fine white powder dissolves easily and becomes almost completely clear, on drinking there is no taste at all, and no grittiness either. Does it work? I think this sort of thing needs to be taken for a lot longer to notice any real improvements, but I can say I have had no negative side effects which is a good point at least. Unfortunately at almost £2 a day this is something I couldn't afford every month but it will be interesting see how it goes in a few more weeks time.

Gut Bacteria Replenishment Supplement that seems to work for me
This live bacteria supplement with added fibre and selected vitamins, comes as powder in 30 preprepared sachets. The box is approximately 5 inches high (13cm) by 2.75 inches square (7cm). The sachets themselves when opened do not smell and it suggests mixing them in 100-200ml of water or other non alcoholic drinks. I mixed in mineral water and when drinking it, the mixture had no smell, taste or aftertaste. It states on the sachets that it can be taken any time but best taken with meals. My stomach remained settled after taking it. The expiry date was 20 months after delivery. The bacteria is encapsulated to protect against gastric juices and to allow the bacteria to reach the gut alive. The strains of stomach bacteria in the product are bifidobacterium adolescentis BA02, bifidobacterium bifidum BB01 and bifidobacterium longum BL03. These are friendly gut bacteria and ones I am interested in taking due to my age and diet and its potential benefits in the fields of liver related, metabolic function and bacterial function. I am also interested as to its ponmtential benefits for anti-inflammatory, anti viral and antioxidant. The supplement has added complementary ingredients such as vitamin B1, B6, Zinc as well as dietary fibres. Having taken this multiple times, I am not sure whether it is a placebo effect but my stomach seems more settled. I like this supplement. It is expensive but if it improves the health of my gut it will have been worth it.

A Gentle Nudge for Gut Health
I've been incorporating probiotic yogurt into my diet for its gut health benefits, but I wanted to try something more potent. This led me to experiment with 'G-NiiB Immunity+'. What stands out about 'G-NiiB Immunity+' is its patented delivery system. This design aims to ensure that the probiotics survive the journey through the gastric system, which is a notable difference from other products I've considered. It's not just about the quantity of bacteria, but how effectively they are delivered. Each package contains 30 sachets, each with 2g of the product. I appreciate the long shelf life (expires in September 2025), which adds convenience. The sachets dissolve easily in a few drops of water. I prefer using cold water, and after a quick stir, it's ready to consume. Its tasteless nature is a plus, as it doesn't alter the flavour of my drink. I've found it works best for me when taken shortly after dinner, around 5 pm. This has become a part of my daily routine. However, everyone's schedule and body are different, so it might vary for others. In summary, I view 'G-NiiB Immunity+' as an occasional supplement for gut health maintenance. It's not something I use continuously, but periodically. This approach makes it budget-friendly and a product I would recommend for those looking to supplement their gut health regimen occasionally. Remember, it's always a good idea to consult with a healthcare professional before starting any new supplement.

Neutral rating due to high cost and having no way of knowing if they work
These probiotics are a bit different to ones that you might be used to taking in capsules. This box contains individual sachets, which need to be mixed with 100-200ml of room temperature water. It does say you could also mix it with food below 45 degrees C, but I only tested mine using the water method. It’s also advised that these are best taken with a meal. When mixed with water, I was expecting the liquid might taste slightly sweet, due to the inclusion of a small amount of glucose and fructose, but it’s actually tasteless, and mixes up to be colourless and transparent. As for how they perform, I can’t even pretend to understand all the science behind probiotics. From what I am able to figure out, these sachets contain only 3 different strains of live bacteria, Bifidobacterium adolescents BA02, Bifidobacterium bifidum BB01 and Bifidobacterium longum BL03. They also contain some vitamin B1 & B6, zinc, 3 different sources of dietary fibre, and a small amount of sugar. The bacteria from the 3 different strains contain 2 billion live colony forming units (CFU), which seems quite a low number in comparison to capsules I’ve taken in the past, which can have up to 10 times this amount from double the number of different strains of bacteria. Maybe if I were a scientist, I might be able to say the 3 strains in this product might be different, or more beneficial strains than those commonly used in your average UK probiotic offering, or that they don’t need such a high number of CFU due to their patented formula, which is supposed to allow the bacteria to survive stomach acid, to make it to our colons still alive. The thing is, I’m not a scientist, and taking any probiotic will usually only have a hidden result. I could tell you these are great, but I have absolutely no way of knowing. What I can say is that after taking them all, I noticed no difference in my health, good or bad. That doesn’t mean that didn’t make a difference internally, it just means that if they did benefit me, I was unable to tell from the outside. I found it a bit of a chore to measure out water, leave it to come up to room temperature, then mix the sachet contents, compared to just swallowing a capsule with water. The cost of these would definitely put me off, in comparison to other probiotics I’ve taken before. Like many probiotics these days, there is no need to store these ones in the fridge. The pack I received was very fresh, with 18 months left on them before the best before date. You only get 28 sachets in the box. If you research the strains included, and believe they are the best for your personal circumstances, and you can afford the price, then you may want to consider them. Personally, I would give them a neutral 3 stars, as they just seem too expensive for this kind of product, and I felt no different after taking them.

Reassuringly expensive
I remember an advert for beer years ago with that tag line “Reassuringly expensive” The old adage “you get what you pay for” seems true with this product since it has appears to work for me with less gas and bloating after just a few days of use. I am sure there are cheaper versions of similar products, but I doubt if the effectiveness would be quite so good. It tastes OK too and easily dissolves in water. With the technology involved in the products patented design to keep the bacteria "alive" and by also adding plenty of fiber to the diet by upping fruits and vegetables, in my view a full recovery could be possible if needing to restore a healthy gut microbiome If it is maintenance you are seeking, a cheaper product “may” work, but if like me you seek to recover from a series of antibiotics or other more debilitating gut issues then this may be one to consider.

Odourless, tasteless sachets with strong academic credentials for assurance
I used to buy probiotic capsules but stopped because they are expensive and most of the good bacteria never reaches your gut, being destroyed by saliva and stomach acid before reaching the intestines. Instead I have been taking prebiotics like inulin to feed good bacteria, trying to eat more fermented foods and drinking kefir, mainly because I like the taste and it has more good bacteria than yoghurt. Plus it makes great smoothies. So I was interested in this product because it has patented microencapsulation technology to enable the good bacteria to reach your gut alive. "Increases survivality and colonisation 5 times." I can't test this but the University of Hong Kong is a very respected science institution and patents are both very time-consuming and expensive to obtain, and you have to provide scientific evidence for your patent. So I'm prepared to give them the benefit of the doubt. This product comes in little sachets that you simply mix with water. Very easy to take. No need to refrigerate. 4 weeks, daily supply of 28 sachets. They contain 3 strains of bifido bacteria which are known to be helpful for gut health. Plus 3 types of prebiotic fibre to feed the good bacteria. Plus vitamins B1, B6 and Zinc. There is plenty of evidence that a good gut microbiome improves immunity, health, sleep, mood. What has been missing is realtively easy and reliable ways to boost your gut microbiome. I'm happy to take this for a month during the bug season to try to stay well given that it's from a high quality, reasarch-oriented medical university. It's important to take probiotics every day to increase healthy bacteria meaningfully, and preferably avoid alcohol consumption and eating lots of unhealthy, sugary or processed foods. Eat lots of healthy grains, high fibre vegetables and fresh food. If there's a time to make all these changes, it's certainly only going to be miserable January for me. So 28 days of good eating and these and fingers crossed will have more energy and dodge the seasonal bugs. These aren't cheap but compared with other high quality probiotics, they are in the range. Hopefully this encapsulation technology makes them more effective as stated (250% more effective is claimed). Cheaper and healthier than the daily shop bought coffee which is £3.75 per day near me.
