Secured package
This puppy ain't cheap, so when I got my delivery and opened it up, I was amazed and grateful for how secure and protected my product was. If you purchase this, I do not see how it could be damaged at all during shipment. With that said, let's get into it. I've been considering jumping to PC gaming over the past few years, wanting to leave behind console and ascend to the PC Master Race. They beckoned me, Come! The light was far too glorious for my mortal eyes to gaze upon, shadowed in darkness with my PS5 by my side. Then one day, I heard the call again, Come my child. Needless to say, I cast off the shackles of consoles and sprinted to the ever glowing light of PC gaming. All of that to say, the switch to PC has been excellent. At least at the time of this writing, I can easily run all current games, RE4 remake, Suicide Squid Kills the JL, etc. I don't mean I can run them all well, I mean this beastly machine exceeds the specs that are needed. It has been amazing to play Alien Isolation at over 240fps. Lol. To conclude: If you haven't educated yourself with how PC's work, and want a strong gaming PC, this one is an excellent option. 👌

It was Buggy and frustrating. It seemed delayed when you wanted it to do something.
Its got the specs but what a disappointment. I purchased for $1,499 and was very excited to receive my first new computer in 10 years. starts up great. set up was easy. BUT, once you start doing something with it was always a delayed response. Opening word would take several clicks or just getting from one web site to the next. Soooo frustrating. Other reviews state the same thing. it was like a bottleneck somewhere in the system or on the board. i did receive a full refund. purchased an MSI from Costco. Glad i did. Way better and super fast.

Great, with some work on your end
This pc from the box has great hardware, maybe except the psu. It will not work well out the box however. It lasted me a few days before getting buggy and stuttering like crazy. What worked for me was to downgrade down to windows 10 and it made this pc absolutely perfect. After a few months Microsoft auto updated me back to windows 11, rather than going back to 10 I left it and it has worked just as good. I think it just comes with too much bloatware and you need to get rid off all that stuff. Have had it for 4 months now with intense use and 0 issues.

Don’t sleep on this deal
The specs that come with this pre build are great! I’ve been looking to get a pc to swap out my gaming laptop of 4 1/2 years and the difference it honestly crazy in the best way possible. Only complain that I have is that my Wi-Fi is a bit slow so it makes a few jitters here and there when it comes to streaming or browsing on the web. I was kind of skeptical at first but the delivery was even faster than I thought. I got it in 3 days after buying

Hardware checks out but doesn’t perform?
The PC looks great and appears to run great. Running task manager and checking both CPU and GPU usage and it seems good too. Checked core temp and that checks out as well. Everything seems fine with this computer but doing anything as simple as moving my mouse around causes it to start stuttering. I’ve tried loading up simple games and even watching some videos and there seems to be this micro stutter that happens periodically. I’ve spent hours testing and updating. I’ve even done a complete reset and setup of the PC all over again. I’ve removed bloatware. I’ve updated all my drivers. I just got off the call with HP support and even they gave up after a while. Something I’m extremely skeptical about is that now the computer is on sale for $500 less than I bought it on cyber Monday. My discount was from around $2700 to $1999. Now it’s on sale for $500 less than I paid! Now going for $1500?? Something doesn’t seem right here. Especially if all the hardware really is what it claims to be, this should be a powerhouse! It works but not the way this Ryzen 3080Ti 32GB RAM should. Maybe there’s some sort of software conflict that me, any of my friends, and even HP support can’t find. Maybe all the parts are good but something about how it’s prebuilt messes it up. I’m not sure but even if I get this thing working I can’t recommend this to anyone. Hopefully there’s no scam involved!

Nice machine
I got this at a great price. 1,299 during cyber Monday with 200 discount from Amazon Visa. The case is great and like a previous user said the hardware looks legit, but I too started getting the stuttering and delays with each mouse click. I upgraded to the lastest version of windows 11 and all the drivers are updated as well. I am running Razor keyboard and mouse and had no issues with this on my previous dell. I am using this machine primary for work and it has a lag with Citrix. I also noticed the lag was worst with the bundled Macafe Antivirus application. I removed it and used another one. It’s better but I still get a hick up now and then. I have a feeling it has to do with the drivers and is software related. Hoping I can figure this out as this machine set up is now selling for $2,000 plus. Okay I figured this out with Hp support. I think the issue is the driver that comes installed with the computer. After deleting the driver and finding the correct one from Nvidia website and installing all issues of lag seem to have disappeared. Suggest chatting with hp support who can help fix the issue as the support comes with the purchase. So basically delete the driver for nvidia that is installed and download the driver for windows 11 if you have upgraded to 11.
