Does not come with batteries. Guess itt keeps its price lower this way. So where's the savings

I received an Amazon box with only 4 of the 6 pens I ordered rattling inside. The clear plastic envelope had split open and due to the lack of any padding the pens scratched their painted surfaces. The pens are not identical. The green one had a removable LED tip while the 3 remaining had only the switch removable for battery insertion. The switch itself is rattling on all of them which is annoying. The light output is just right for the purpose

These are your normal penlights, they do not come with batteries, but they work great and are cheap.

Kind of cheaply made, one of the buttons on the top fell off on the first day. They work, but you get what you pay for.

They work

They seem sturdy enough on the outside but frequently light goes off while examining patient. The angle of the batteries/flashlight makes a big difference on if you have a light or not. Frustrating. Will not buy again. Good colors. Good clip on lights. Only problem and it's a big one: the light goes out frequently during use if angle isn't exactly what connections need. Won't buy again.

All worked perfectly

I did not have the best luck with these. The light keeps coming on/off at different times, or not coming on when the button is pushed. I keep having to change the batters position to be able to have them work. Not worth the money, they dont seem to be the best quality either.
