Do these leave you hands white when it dries or does it dry clear?

It dries clear. Absolutely best product on the market. Apple once and not again. I watch my tennis friends apply after every couple games. Not with this! We have used for golf, tennis, baseball and softball pitching and for teen sweaty palms. It’s amazing!

are these good for th feet as well?

It should be, if you have sweaty feet. I never apply it to my feet. Best results is if you apply it a little earlier and let it dry, as it is supposed to be an antiperspirant.
