This is an absolutely gorgeous pan, it's one of the best on the market. It's stainless steel so it's non toxic, it will last me years and years, this is a buy once purchase. I had a cheaper stainless steel pan before that was made in China. The difference with this higher quality one is the finishing, the shine and it is less 'sticky' food does not stick as much, it is also much easier to clean than my other stainless steel pan.The handle is absolutely gorgeous and feels great in the hand, nice and chunky so you can get a good grip, because the handle is shorter the pan does not feel as heavy as it would if it was longer, the handle also stays cool during cooking which is a great advantage and something you get when you pay for a premium pan like this compared to the cheap, low end ones. 24cm is a good size for 2 small steaks or one large steak. I have another stainless steel pan that is 28cm so between these two sizes I have all my meal options covered. I recommend frying in ghee for steaks and beef tallow for eggs or organs. They taste the best and are actually healthiest.

Muy buena sartén: funciona tal como esperaba y no se pega. Conviene optar por el artículo “Made in Germany”, ya que, como suele ocurrir, el “Made in China” presenta una calidad inferior, incluso en una marca como Fissler.

très bonne facture et bien lourde, comme toutes les poêles Fissler faites en Allemagne : attention certaines faites en Chine par Fissler ne sont pas aussi bien finie et bénéficient d'ailleurs d'une garantie plus faible.
