These are shaped non-adhesive pads, suitable for overnight use. They need to be worn with suitable close-fitting underwear- Tena’s own boxer-style unisex pants are ideal. They are not as wide as some non-adhesive shaped pads, or as elasticated. Those sold directly by Age U.K. are better in this respect. If overnight loss is very heavy, I recommend lining one of these pads with maxi or extra plus adhesive pads, particularly at the back of the pad. This really increases their effectiveness. There aren’t any “wings” at front or back to this pad, and the price reflects this. Decent Tena quality, as you would expect.

These are good. value. These pads are very comfortable and absorbent! Comfortable to wear and have full coverage of the problem area. . It is best to rear a tight filing pair of pants when using these.to keep them in place as no sticky bits . So glad I fount them

They are very good for heavy liking night time,but for daytime they are too big. It was my mistake to choose them,so it's not your fault. Thank you so much

I’m sure these are perfectly fine for purpose but they were bought for my very small elderly mother who needed something just a bit more absorbent than her usual pads from Superdrug that she wears inside normal underwear. When we opened the package the pads were absolutely enormous, four times the size we were expecting and obviously to be used in a care home. It was very difficult to gauge the size from the photos on Amazon. Now one of the packages has been opened, Mum is going to donate the rest to a care home. Very disappointing.
