Absolutely love this pad! It’s so discreet and really helping with pains I get in my hip. I suffer with endometriosis and adenomyosis so I use it on my lower back and it comforts the pain straight away! So easy to use! I have purchased a second one so whilst one is charging I can use the other and alternate. I’d say the battery lasts 2.5-3 hours which is fine because I don’t need it all day everyday but it’s nice to have both. I use it on full heat all the time but that’s through clothing and that’s a nice heat on my back. Not too hot and burning. The belt is easy to adjust as Well so I feel comfortable and not like it’s going to fall off!

I actually purchased this for severe lower back pain. So Instead of being on my stomach I just put on my back. 3 heat settings and the highest one is super warm. The massage/vibration part of it is good but using that aswell as the heat drains the charge super quick. So for it to last all day for me I just used the heat. Only thing that actually eased my back pain. Fits neatly under your clothes. Would definitely recommend to people in pain or for period pains.

Bought this after a recommendation from a friend as I suffer from horrific period cramps. This device is really helpful, it heats up very well and is small enough you can wear it under clothes, it sits low enough to target my pain too. The tens/vibrating setting is loud though, so wouldn't recommend using this in public. Overall, a great product !

I bought this for my severe period cramps, after years of struggling. I often am glued to a hot water bottle during my period, and I bought this to help me at work (I'm a teacher). I wasn't expecting much given the price point but I was pleasantly surprised. Pros: - Excellent heating - you do have to wear a layer of clothing underneath to avoid burns, but the heat still penetrates through it. - Size - smaller than it looked, and is very discreet if you're wearing clothing over it. - adjustable straps - I have large hips and I was worried it wouldn't fit my size 16 body, or be too tight, but the strap can be made to be very large. - Very comfortable - Pain relief is as good as a hot water bottle, and because it's smaller it can target specific points rather than heating the entire belly. - Automatic switch-off - very convenient for my ADHD brain. - Battery life Cons: - Sits most comfortably a little higher on my abdomen than I need it. Often my pain is quite low, and the pad can get there most of the time, but isn't perfect. - Automatic switch-off - inconvenient for my ADHD brain (legit just depends on the day), and also not discreet when teaching as I have to adjust it frequently, but conveniently I don't think my students care. - Vibration is noisy and not at all discreet, but honestly works well without it.

I bought this product to help with stomach cramps as for medical reasons i am unable to take pain relief. Product arrived well packaged in a nice little box, come with charger and a little storage bag. However the first thing you notice upon opening the box is a very overwhelming unpleasant smell, this smell comes from both the product itself (the heat/fabric side not the plastic side) and also from the storage bag. Its very overpowering and sickening, I have binned the bag and tried to air the product itself. Now use, the product has a very easily adjustable waist band, i am a size 16 and it will go smaller and much bigger than i need. Its has 3 “massage modes” 1 is a constant low vibration 2/3 feel exactly the same as each other and are a pulse. They are VERY noisy, like irritatingly so unless you wear under a fee jumpers. It has 3 heat modes, i couldnt feel anything on 1 or 2 so use 3. Nothing for a while and then my skin gets slightly warm and very itchy. I will however make note that i do have issues feeling temperature so this could be entirely down to me and not the product. It has help reduce cramping and pain so if you can muddle through the smell the price is worth it.

I bought this product to use instead of hot water bottles for when I have bad period cramps- and it’s the best purchase I’ve made. It’s convenient with the strap to wear whilst moving around and the temperature is perfect for how I like it. Would recommend wearing it over clothing as it can get quite hot directly on skin. Also have worn it on my lower back at times. Takes 2-3 hours to fully charge but I would say that the charge lasts a while. 3 different temperature settings and 3 different vibration settings but you can use it without either heat or vibration to suit what you prefer. Comes with a little bag to keep it in. Great product!

Be prepared to have an awkward exchange with your postman, this just arrived, the whole box vibrating as he handed it to me, so it looks like I had a personal toy 💦 I'm so embarrassed hahahaha! 😂 But seriously, it shouldn't be able to be switched on from a knock on the box due to it being a heat product, thats a fire hazard!

I love this! Came in just in time for my cycle to begin and it helped me so much it has 3 vibration modes, I found it so comforting and relaxing. Time to time I would move the belt to my lower back and my abdomen and it would relax me so much. Love the color. And also it works for long time as well, lasted me more than a day Best purchase ever! And so convenient now that I don’t have to be tied up with a hot water bottle and can move around freely ❤️😍

I like it i get bad cramps that make me not want to leave the heating pad now i can take it with me. It’s pretty hot but it’s not made to sit on bare skin wear over clothes i usually leave mine on a one 2 if im wearing something thicker. I like it alot. Fits pretty well I’m a 1x in clothes might fit a 2 x but that’s as wide as it gets would fit XS to 1X in sizes🥰 And u can’t beat that prize

This is a must have product to get the woman in your life! The materials are good quality and the elastic waist strap will accommodate most body sizes. It also stays in place once adjusted. The low profile of the unit is also a huge benefit as it can be hidden under baggier clothes and not noticeable under sweaters. The heating and massage functions work independently which is a huge plus. At the minimum heat setting it is noticeably warm, medium is perfect, and high is hot, almost uncomfortably hot. The massage functions are fantastic for the medium and high settings. The low setting is more of a vibration, but at medium to high, although not a deep tissue massage, can be classified as a medium tissue massage. The padding material on the back is comfortable to wear and the build quality of the plastic front and buttons are solid. The size of the product is also good for the area targeted. The battery life is good and takes about the same about of time to charge and discharge. With both functions on high the battery gives about 2.5 hours of usage. There is an auto shut off function after 30 minutes, which is not ideal. However the simplicity of use makes turning it back on a click of a button. The built in screen is bright and easy to clearly see the level of each function. It would have been nice to save the previously used settings. Also, it does come with a unique charge port. This would have been greatly improved if it used usb-c instead. Overall, helps greatly in relieving cramps and pain during that time of the month. Highly recommend for your significant other.
