Easy to use sealant
Really impressed by this sealant - easy to apply (can get messy...) and sets well. Used to seal a leaky felt join on a flat shed roof. Waiting for rain to see how effective.

Doesn't work
I cleaned the joint with care and used white spirit which i let dry for 24 hours and cleaned it again before applying but it doesn't work a waste of money
