Spiru-Tein (Spirutein) Gold Chia Rice & Pea- Strawberry - 1.03 lb - Powder

I have cut a lot of stuff out of my diet. This product is gluten and soy free. Strawberry is my favorite flavor.

Super and I mean Super sweet!!! I prefer the regular flavor. I thought this was a better choice because it doesn't contain regular sugar but the Xylitol sweetener used here is horrible. Why do they need to add any sugar or sweetener at all? Just make it without it. I had to add double the ice and water to be able to drink it. I will never buy it again.

The shake is good, but I ordered the strawberry flavor and received chocolate.

SOY FREE!!!!!! My body revolts against many foods and even supplements. This is the ONE brand and the ONE type of supplement that I can take!!! It's pure, raw, nutrition!!! Love it!!!!! I am so thankful that a SOY FREE option is offered!!!! Thank you 'Spirutein!!!!

This is the second time I have tried Spiru-tein Gold. In both cases the product was grainy tasting, caused bloating and burping, and had a bad taste. I have used other NaturesPlus products, but the Gold products are not worth the price.

I ordered this to try out in comparison to the non-gold version of the same flavor. I was looking to reduce the amount of soy in my diet, and the gold version is soy-less.There is a significant difference in the taste in that this is very sweet, and doesn't break down as much as the non-gold version, leaving it a bit more chalky.I like the vitamins that it contains, and I like the strawberry flavor, but this version is just way to sweet for me. I ended up mixing it in with the non-gold version. The sweetness has been blended down enough that I can get through it without making faces, but I don't plan to purchase this one, again.

Bring back sugar free UNSWEETENED strawberry Spiru-tein. I did not read the label & ingredients carefully. I did not realize there were 12 grams of xyitol per serving. And I did not know that would make it taste like chemical candy. Gross!
