Really helped my feet
At first, I thought these were expensive and what if they dont work. A few days in i was like oh, they hurt so bad. Turns out I needed to wear a bit more. My feet do not hurt anymore especially when I wake up. They may be expensive but even the over the counter ones are expensive and don't work at all. These though, they do work. Best purchase for me. The fit was great for my shoes. Definitely have the best arch support compared to other OTC ones. They aren't to thick and you don't notice them. Ease of walking is like a breeze- my knees, hips and feet do not hurt walking anymore. Durability, I can't really answer as I just got right around Thanksgiving, so hopefully they last longer than a month or so 😅 I've very heavy footed and they are holding up with that.

Not sure yet!
Easy to insert in my shoes. Uncomfortable at first, but you get use to it. Does it help my hips? not quite sure . I will be taking a long walk, because that usually irritates my hips, we will see.

Worth trying.
I was skeptical, but bought these under the recommendation of my podiatrist. At first they were clunky & uncomfortable, so you should use them in shoes with a bit of extra space, like a wider width or a deeper insole, to accommodate them. They do take a bit of getting used to & I was a bit clumsy in them for the first couple of weeks. Not sure if they needed to be broken in, but I did notice improvement in my PF pain. I’d use caution when walking on uneven surfaces until you’ve grown accustomed to having them in your shoes, as they definitely take a bit of getting used to.

I'm sold!
Even though I watched the long video and read multiple reviews I did not believe them. Now I do. I don't know what the difference is between this product and the good quality one that I had in my shoes but I can testify that I'm a believer because I sure did feel the difference as I walked around with them today. I have been suffering for days with pain in my knee. I could hardly walk even with my cane which I don't use all the time. I won't say the pain is gone but my walking without cane was so much better. Still slow but a lot better and less painful. This is a good product!

Not good with naturally low arch
Felt good for the first week but steadily got worse. They do squeak when you walk but I didn’t mind that part too much. Wore these for three weeks at work on concrete floors and, after the third week, I have spent all weekend with horrible pain in my arches and even on top of my foot. I have a low arch and I think these may be simply too much of an arch for my foot. They had great reviews overall so I thought it would be worth a try but it’s definitely a no for me.

Follow the recommendations
Works well. Follow the instructions and ease into wearing them all day. Start with a few hours each day and build up to all day wear. Otherwise they will hurt your feet. I have severe plantar fascia and these have helped ease the pain.

You won't find better
The price is worth it. Plantar fasciitis is AWFUL. Been battling it for years and this is the only insole I've found that has kept me pain free in my steel toes at work. Highly recommend!

Ok
To expensive . For what you were getting. There was arch support but not for that cost

No, these things almost crippled me. I tried them and by day four I could barely walk my feet were so sore
