I bought this for my husband who works night shift. He was taking melatonin previously and after a while he would wake up with stomach aches everyday. I bought this in hopes it would help with his stomach aches but also keep him asleep through the day. He’s used one full bottle and in the beginning it was hard for him to stay asleep but after using it for a while it actually works quite well. He stays asleep throughout the day fully, with little to no wake ups. And no stomach aches which is a huge plus.

Finally find the plant based/vegan friendly magnesium and really appreciated its health ingredients without any maltodextrin. It helps me feel relaxed and sleep well.

Best magnesium I've ever bought. I always wake up in the middle of the night, toss and turn and have a hard time staying asleep. This helps me get a more solid night's sleep and it doesn't make me feel groggy in the morning. Awesome suppliment and I love the fact that it's organic and naturally derived from sea plants. My daughter will open a capsule and sprinkle some in a small amout of juice at night right before bedtime for her kids (11, 9, 7, 4, 2 years) and and it also helps them sleep, the younger 3 have a tendency to wake in the middle of the night but these help them sleep through without waking up. I HIGHLY recommend these, they're the best!

Came as described, I see and feel results...b vitamins came yesterday they were extremely warm driver probably had package on dash. Amazons fault not triquetras. Weren't damage by the look of things. I'll update after 60 servings are done

Very good product I thought it would be harsh on my stomach but it's not at all & no after taste which is a plus for me .Very easily to swallow.

These work so great. I have just ordered my 3rd bottle! don’t know what happened. I use to sleep through the night but lately I have been waking up and then I get hungry so I was snacking at night which was no bueno (good). So I just got in Google and started researching what helps sleep and I read about magnesium. Well there are different types of magensium. Magnesium GLYCINATE is the one you want for sleep. I tried the Natures Bounty kind and that did absolutely nothing. I then tried the Nested brand and that didn’t work either. So now I stumbled onto this brand and it works so great. I love that they are made from seaweed, natural. I take these before bed, sometimes like 10 minutes before I fall asleep and they work wonderfully. I wake up nice and rested. I don’t feel any morning bloating like I used to. This also has slightly curbed my appetite and I just love them. So yep, my third bottle. Update September 2024. I am still taking these for sleep. My last bottle that I ordered from Amazon did come with 3 capsules that had opened in the bottle. I contacted the company and they apologized and gave me a coupon to use. I ordered the bottle directly from their website. None of the capsules were opened inside the bottle and that’s was great. The first 2 bottles I orders from Amazon did not have opened capsules either. So I think it’s the handling of the products. You know sometimes they can be careless. Anyway, I seen that some people stated this makes them use the bathroom. I have not had that issue, although I do suffer from constipation so that could be why, I need to eat fiber daily. Also I wanted to note for anyone that has FSA/HSA, you can use your FSA card when you order directly from their website. That is what I did for my latest purchase. Shipping was fast, not next day fast but 3 days later fast lol. So I just wanted to give an update. Nothing has changed, these still keep me asleep through the night, also not snacking in the middle of the night like I was prior to taking these. I really don’t get why more companies don’t use seaweed magnesium because these work awesome.
