Very helpful for my anxiety
I bought these to try even though I was very sceptical that they’d even do anything! But I was wrong!! They’re so good and ease my anxiety and stress levels so much. They don’t have any bad odours they don’t taste of anything and are easy to swallow. I found these so helpful that I purchased more in case they’re needed for in the future

I recommend Kalms to anyone who has a forthcoming stressful situation to deal with. They keep anxiety & nerves at a manageable level so that they don't negatively impact a person's function. The best effects come from starting to take them 2 weeks before needed, but they will start to help within a much shorter time frame
