Can this be glued on or does it have to be sewn?

As a larger guy, it's tough keeping pants in place with just a belt. Would this work to help keep pants from sliding down when a shirt is tucked in?

I want to use this on a medical device what is the material composition? Is there a Bio Compatibility information available?

Mine came with no further information than what was in the Amazon add. It lists polyester fiber, spandex, silicone and rubber. have had no reaction to using this product. I usually wash all products before I use them but in one case I used it without washing it and still had no reaction. I'm jubilant about that!

Will this work to put on the inside of a dress at the shoulders so that the dress stays just below the shoulder and doesn't slip?
